Julius Spencer started making sausage during the depression in the late 1920's in Columbia, North Carolina. Julius passed his secret recipe to son Harold Lee Spencer, who in turn passed it on to Bud Spencer, current owner of Spencer Packing Company. Today, we are proud to be a 4th generation family owned and operated business.  Bud, Pam, Kevin and Greg welcome you to Spencer Packing Company. We specialize in handmade, all natural, whole hog sausage and Ole Tar Heel Meats.  We strive to produce the best product possible!
